We are a smallholding & Alpaca farm situated in 30 acres of breathtaking forest. Currently, we are creating some unique accommodation’s, nestled amongst the spruce and larch trees of Speyside.

Our bothies are individually designed with a vintage aesthetic, focusing on sustainability and recycled materials. Each offering its own charm and character with a different story to tell.
